From March 2018 to July 2020 I was working for the Rolls Royce Daytona project within Kaman as a Quality Engineer and was responsible for the day to day quality issues arising from Production and customer issues within the department. From January 2017 to March 2018 I had the responsibility for actioning all quality issues relating to products that Kaman UK Darwen produce for BAE Systems. These included Typhoon, Hawk and Eurofighter aircraft parts and assemblies. September 2013 to January 2017 I was responsible for the quality issues relating to the ailerons and winglets that Kaman produced for the Gulfstream G280 aircraft that were supplied to Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division, Tulsa, Wichita, USA.

Held various technical roles within the company including Production Control, Production / Manufacturing Engineer and Planning / Estimating Engineer. Also responsible for fatigue testing of company and customer supplied components. I have received training in; SPC, Estimating, FMEA, Project management, Problem solving and am a trained internal auditor to TS16949 standard and was a member of the company APQP team. I also have experience of; contract review, raw material and sub-contract operation procurement, procurement and installation of new equipment to fulfil production specific requirements as well as face to face contact with customers and suppliers at all levels. I also had the responsibility of keeping the company raw material standards up to date.
