We can create or improve such an environment together. Start with hiring the right people to contribute what your company needs. Create a great first impression, and continually reinforce your message. Back in the 90's, it was my personal experience that pre-employment assessments helped me to hire more effectively. From there I moved into using the assessment process to put together highly effective teams, matching skills and adding complementary skills to round out the team. As the organization grew, coaching executives became another tool that was highly effective and a great investment. After 30 years in management, 25 of which was in the C-suite, I never passed up an opportunity to coach individuals or teams. It's a great way to motivate, educate, and improve morale. It's a great way to be more productive, and helps your brand. It is this passion for coaching, combined with experience, that drives me to pursue this path, and utilize these skills for others. CSC ServiceWorks operates in all major metropolitan areas throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Europe, with a workforce in excess of 3,000. Operating in the public and private environment, I integrated numerous acquisitions, completed various restructurings and corporate sale and capital market transactions. This resulted in extensive experience navigating Wall Street, including private equity, infrastructure funds, investor relations, the commercial lending and fixed income/equity markets, and rating agencies interactions.During my 30 years at the company, CSC grew from $12.0 million in EBITDA with operations in a single building to over $300 million, across over 40 states, as well as in Canada and Europe.
