Robert Angone

Robert came into our UX design world like a white hot meteor when I was his direct report as a Creative Director at Sears Holdings within the Online Business Unit. Formally informal, he began to unpack the e-commerce solutions we were developing in live sessions that allowed project team leads, content makers, engineers, visual design and UX research to have a conversation about aesthetics, cognitive load, best and worst practices, and best of all, how to deliver a branded gesture in everything we did. It was the toughest of venues, but Robert made them productive and insightful, providing us with alignment and a greater understanding of how little moves along an end to end experience can make a big difference at all levels of the stack. As a mentor he impressed me with his approachable presence and truly engaged all of us as a facilitator rather than tyrant, enabling great work from small teams. I really enjoyed working with Robert and still reflect on his approach to UX design to this day.

Matt Danforth

Robert has an incredible demeanor that exudes open communication and urgency without panic. I learned a lot about myself and about being a better manager in working with Robert which was derived through following his example as well as direct coaching that has benefited me in roles since. He sought to continuously improve the organization and our output through several initiatives that would benefit any company.

Our mission is to sustainably remove millions of tons of CO2 emissions by accelerating transport electrification and renewable energy uptake in Australia. We believe that increasing EV availability remains the fastest path to meaningful climate change in Australia. We will unblock the availability issues through EV conversions and ultimately re-establishing manufacturing capability onshore with a locally built Roev EV Ute. We will help accelerate Australia towards net zero emissions through V2G and energy solutions that will surround our vehicles and support the larger energy grid needs of businesses, homes and government.
