  During Covid I identified everyone’s new passion for gardening. I set up this landscaping business with my friend. The main jobs consisted of garden maintenance, barn refurbishments and raised bed building. I really enjoyed the entrepreneurial approach to getting this business up and running which required: Marketing campaigns to attract customers, Project planning and budgeting, Teamwork and leadership – briefing and motivating employees, Quality control.
