I have had the pleasure of knowing Robert since 2005. I have seen his career progress from a Territory Sales Rep, to a Regional Builder Manager and then to a Regional Sales Manager. Each step of the way Robert has been focused on delivering results, building value for his customers and being an exemplary leader for not only those he manages directly but to many peers and cross functional associates. On a personal basis, I do not just recognize Robert for his business accomplishments but I admire him personally. Robert has taught me many lessons of overcoming personal setback and maintaining a positive outlook. Bottom line, Robert is one of my favorite people and someone who would be a strong contributor to any organization!

Robert is an example of what a manager should be. He understands the market he's managing, has excellent relationships with customers and can look at the big picture. In addition, he takes pride in caring about his people. He has taken the time to get to know all the people on his team personally and always makes you feel included. He will always make the time to help you through a situation, provide advice or lend an ear to listen. I worked with him as a peer as well and he portrayed these same managerial qualities, even when he didn't have to. Robert is one person that I have yet to find someone, whether internally in SBD or externally within an account, that has something negative to say about him. He is an asset to any company and the team he is leading!
