During my time with CSC, I worked closely with Rob to locate/hire experienced and knowledgeable independent contractors for the reports team. All staff recommendations that Rob provided were skilled, reliable and hard workers. Rob's best quality as a professional (outside of his wonderful personality) is he knows the meaning of delivering "true" customer service. He dealt with conflict to resolve issues, always followed up frequently to ensure his contractors were meeting performance expections and/or the business objective and always returned your calls. I hope to work with Rob again someday!
