I have worked with Robert on several refurbishment and disposals projects for DCH and more recently as part of his project team for the delivery of 2 New regional offices design and build projects in the South West for LiveWest. The outcome of success for the latter has gained us national , regional and local recognition for excellence in workplace design. Robert is the most professional and knowledgeable project leaders I have had the privilege of working with. His passion ,determination for success and attention to detail is unrivalled in my experience. The depth and extent of his architectural , property facilities management and commercial leasehold knowledge is extensive and exemplary. His wisdom , honesty and integrity are both refreshing attributes of a true leader and an empowering motivator to all he leads , gaining him the highest level of trust and respect of all those both working alongside and senior to his position . Robert has been a great inspiration to myself and my team at LiveWest , educating , supporting and collaborating at every level and opportunity . He has been a true advocate for our function and has embraced strategic business planning in ensuring that our propertys’ infrastructure will support versatile and dynamic working practices allowing our workspace to evolve over the impending years with the ever changing demographic & technology and adding true value to our real estate assets.
