      As Agency Director, I helped oversee our entire agency team consisting of 10 Account Managers, and 5 Campaign Managers. Some of my day to day responsibilities included billing and ad spend audits, developing systems & processes for the agency team to be successful, and ensuring any customer escalations were resolved in a manner that allowed customers to feel satisfied and confident in working with us. I also worked closely with our Franchise and Sales teams to ensure we retained our partners/customers and provided an excellent service that generated results on a consistent basis.

      In this role my responsibilities expanded from just overseeing the agency portion of the company to overseeing day to day operations of the entire company. This included the agency side as well as Human Resources and Finance. In addition, I assisted both the Marketing and Sales teams with their regular operations. My main focus was on making sure operational processes were in place that allowed the company to successfully scale. During my time as Vice President of Operations, we were able to more than double our revenue goal of $3.6M in annual revenue for 2019 which led to us to finishing around $7.7M in annual revenue. In total during my time in this role Loud Rumor increased annual revenue by $5.4M.I was in charge of overseeing all HR matters at the company as well which included staffing, disciplinary actions and making sure all of our HR processes were compliant with Arizona law. Throughout my time in this position, we saw our internal team grow from roughly 18 employees to 45. In addition, I was heavily involved in major financial decision making, as well as decisions regarding the company's future including departmental changes, new product offerings, and company events.I was also directly responsible for growing and developing an operational leadership team that consisted of a Franchise Manager, Two Agency Fulfillment Managers, a Member Experience Manager, and a Recruiting and HR Administrator.Lastly, It was a main responsibility of mine to execute on the CEO's vision regarding the direction of the company. This included generating processes and systems to ensure that the company was able to successfully execute the CEO's vision as he had planned, as well as making sure all employees of the company understood the vision.As part of this role I also had the benefit of attending 6 different events over a two year span as a member of the COO Alliance, a networking group of Second in Commands led by Cameron Herold.

      As Agency Fulfillment Manager, I was in charge of directly managing and overseeing our fulfillment team consisting of 9+ Account Managers to make sure that they upheld a service that not only met, but exceeded all customer expectations. I was also responsible for providing anything that our customers, and team members needed in order to be set up for success in their roles. In this position I managed the staffing of all account managers and operations team members. I was also responsible for properly assigning customers to whichever account manager that was deemed the best fit for the ongoing success of both the customer, and the company.During my time as the Agency Fulfillment Manager I also managed all of our customer billing and worked to ensure that everything was 100% correct and up to date. Major focuses of this position included both employee and customer retention, billing and finance, innovation, campaign strategy and campaign implementation. In addition, I was responsible for handling all internal HR situations that arose, and reported directly to the CEO regarding these issues and their respective solutions.Another major responsibility during my time as Agency Fulfillment Manager was ensuring proper processes and systems were created and implemented in order to help our Account Management team successfully manage as many clients as possible. This led our Account Managers from being able to manage an average of 15 accounts to an average of 35 accounts which in turn, helped company revenue grow from roughly $600,000 in annual revenue to $2.4M in annual revenue.

I also utilized different softwares such as LeadPages, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Twilio, The Google Drive Suite, Infusionsoft and more to create and manage landing pages, automated text campaigns, and automated email campaigns that integrate and run concurrently with the ad campaigns themselves. In this position I was measured primarily on my ability to retain customers, generate testimonials, and drive new revenue for Loud Rumor through upsells, and referrals.
