Personally conducted factory acceptance tests for the flow metering skid in Houston, analyzer shelter in Singapore, Swinton flow computer in Maldon, UK, and the fire & gas system in London. Project was successfully completed within schedule and under budget.

Designed shutdown bypass panels to enable periodic testing of various instruments and final elements within a shutdown loop. Also was tasked with various I&C related deliverables including instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, termination drawings, instrument installation details, and Engineering Work Package (EWP) to thoroughly explain all work scope to construction contractors. Worked on DCU Fire Rebuild 2004 Project to safely and quickly remove fire-damaged devices and replaced hundreds of control valves, control panels and control systems to bring the unit back in operation just 2 months after the major fire in the unit.
