As part of the faculty course "Industrial Practice I" in the summer of 2020., I landed an internship in "Meštrović prijevoz d.o.o.". During the internship, I familiarized myself with transportation systems and logistics processes. Afterwards, I used my knowledge of production systems planning and implemented it in the transportation systems by designing a new workshop for the company. This was conducted by carrying out research on processes performed and machines needed in the workshop by interviewing the employees and visiting other companies in the same domain. After gathering all the necessary data, the new workshop was then modelled within the "SketchUp" environment which provided great visualization. Show less
