President, Beverage Division
-
2002 - 2016
In my capacity as a General Manager, I provided leadership and strategic direction to the Beverage Division for Nestle USA. Transformed the Division to become the fastest growing and most profitable within Nestle USA. Key Brands included Coffee-mate, Nescafe, Nesquik, and Juicy Juice. Managed a talented team of 1200 employees, 4 factories, 1 captive and 1 shared sales organization, and integrated all key commercial and functional activities to include strategy, marketing, sales, technical, supply chain, legal, and human resources. Lead the transformation from a powdered beverage portfolio to a well rounded beverage organization to include powdered, liquid, and RTD beverages. Built the infrastructure to include new green field factories, a new route to market with captive sales organization, and a new experiential marketing unit. Sales tripled to over $2 billion, while EBITA increased 500 basis points. Show less
