  At All Star Carts & Kiosks I oversee the manufacturing of custom modular food service kiosks and in-line storefronts for major corporate franchises and individual startups predominately in malls and retail establishments. The finished product is based on design criteria by architects, designers and the client. My responsibilities include reviewing and interrupting architectural plans to initiate estimates / proposals, sales, invoicing and payments. Once the sale has been commenced I then take on the Project Manager position for the job. Purchasing and sourcing the materials required for the project which can consist of metals, wood, electrical, laminate, hardware, glass, and custom components. Oversee and expedite all fabrication by carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers, solid surface, millwork and glaziers. Coordinate with contractors the onsite work including but not limited to installations of utilities, flooring, millwork, and signage. Identify and resolve any discrepancies from plan to finished product. Scheduling of logistics and the on time delivery / completion of finished product. Show less
