  Working for Challenger Sports for the second time, I was given more roles and responsibilities that gave me more authority and objectives to complete. These included more advanced coaching, directing twelve of the thirteen camps that i was apart of, and putting into practise first aid.   My first summer working for Challenger Sports I worked as a coach. My roles and responsibilities involved coaching children, aged four to eighteen teaching basic skills such as passing, shooting, tackling and dribbling.
