Mar 2010 - Aug 2014
Responsible for the production delivery for clients including: Sky, British Cycling, Johnnie Walker and Reebok. The projects were guided carefully from pitch through to the creative and art working departments and onto the production floor. All brand guidelines were carefully adhered to and production was delivered within scope and with full visibility to senior members of staff. For each project, I interviewed and built a team of production managers and execs and empowered them to deliver across all tasks delegated to them. Within company policy, appraisals were duly achieved to the benefit of the team members.Highlighted to the agency were developments within technology and materials industries, which could serve to help our clients gain further cut through.

Working for a high-end event production company, duties included: site visits to record client’s requirements, preparation of bespoke dressing, lighting, and sound checking of equipment prior to arrival on site. Often leading the team during the build, it would be my responsibility to deliver the event to the highest standards. The work was often credited highly, winning design awards at the Decorex Interior Design Show for best trade show stand in 2009. An ambitious event planned across 2 miles of London to link the Dalai Lama to the Chinese Embassy via a human chain. 2000 Avaaz volunteers passed a handshake from the Dalai Lama to the Chinese Embassy. The event was a planned response during the visit of the Dalai Lama to symbolize the need for a 'meaningful direct dialogue’ between China and the Dalai Lama. It was developed as a nonpartisan demonstration with proceeds going to the Chinese Earthquake appeal and various Tibet charities.
