Selected Accomplishments: • Provide overall strategic and management direction to the business in order to achieve aggressive growth of core business and expand into new lines of business. • Executed the leverage buyout of Prime Matrix Wireless during fiscal year 2001. Acquisition provided an additional 30,000 subscribers in eleven Western States ranking the company among the top five resellers in the United States. • Negotiated a national reseller distribution agreement with AT&T, allowing the company to expand into other geographical markets while operating out of a primary call center. • Successfully raised $8 million of equity to expand wireless business in greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. • Implemented a retention department in order to reduce churn significantly. Reduced the attrition of customers by utilizing proactive data mining and retention techniques.
