Managing a refurbishment project at Queen Mary University where the gutters are leaking and waterproofing needs to be done again. This is a lived in very busy uni campus with noise restrictions and pedestrian access through the site at all times. Started by setting out a compound and a site office, now scaffold is being erected to allow access to the work as a survey of the gutter is still to be done due to no roof access.
