  I try to be a versatile as possible within the Electrical department, I read and follow the blue prints for all of the listed skills above and terminate the A/C & D/C both in the panel and at the devise. Make suggestions for improvements to the designs to the engineering and service staff. And troubleshoot problems as they arise. Also in the past I was over both the paint and shipping departments which had a lot of logistics issues to deal with and also hazardous materials to schedule, handle, and dispose of properly. Along with making sure my employees were wearing the osha approved safety gear when exposed to mentioned materials like various industrial paints, thinners and activators most of which are extremely hazardous and / or flammable. Challenging position.
