I was privileged to work under Rob's leadership for a number of years. Rob has deep expertise in eDiscovery processes, regulations, and case law as well as the legal technology landscape. Rob was responsible for all aspects of a multi-million dollar budget including creation, justification, tracking, projections, and ongoing management. He was also responsible for leading the eDiscovery program at McKesson both in terms of program management and as the primary eDiscovery Subject Matter Expert for the corporation. In addition to being accountable to the GC for the program delivery he was also responsible for many critical legal investigations directly at the request of the GC. He has the ability to formulate and articulate effective strategy, as well as the ability take complex subject matter and create compelling visual displays of information in order to obtain executive buy-in. Additionally, he has the leadership and management skills to successfully execute that strategy and to be responsible and accountable deadlines, goals and budget. I have learned a great deal from working with Rob during his management of large-scale, critical projects and programs. He has exemplary interpersonal skills and is a truly effective change manager. He has impeccable professional poise as well as astute political and organizational awareness. He is a great communicator and mentor and I have enormous respect for him. Rob is also an individual of great integrity and displays constant willingness to speak up for what he knows to be right. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.
