Robert is a great Production Engineer who I had the opportunity to work with during 2010/2011. He is not afraid to try new ideas and he completes his task with great detail. Robert was representing our department in the new product development projects as the Manufacturing responsible. That included prepare, develop and make investments in the manufacturing process for new products. Robert was also leading investment projects on his own, responsible for timing, budget and resource planning reporting to the plant management team. He is great in finding areas which could be improved and has a solid understanding for the LEAN principles.
