Attaché is the most successful high school show choir in the history of the activity, nationwide. Winning 82 of 91 Grand Championships since 1992, this ensemble has produced many professional musicians, dancers, Broadway stars, and pop music icons in its 35-year existence. Essential job functions include: Developing students’ technique for playing brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments; Design and implement a wide variety of appropriate instructional activities for students of varying abilities and talents; Evaluate student achievement; Teach a variety of skills on different instruments simultaneously; Assist in the organization of inventory and transportation for events and travel. Responsibilities included: Producing the ensemble’s custom arrangements for various live shows and competitions; Individual instrumental performance in the areas of brass, woodwind, percussion, electric guitar, electric bass, and electronic keyboard/synthesizer; Live sound production and equipment maintenance.
