  Analyzed some 40 real-estate companies active in western Sweden. Most of these were analyzed in an Excel model which I took initiatives to improve by adding additional KPIs and optimizing the layout of the model. This work required a precise way of working and an ability to gather, analyze and communicate financial information to people with a non-financial background. The analyses were used as a basis for the negotiation of the rents in western Sweden for 2019 and 2020. Analyzed some 40 real-estate companies active in western Sweden.
