  I was responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, and updating meeting information in Outlook. I also updated and pulled reports from Salesforce regularly. Daily, I conducted discrepancy checks on records and also created weekly campaign progress reports in Excel which I emailed to partners directly. I represented the company over the phone with partners and customers by setting up conference calls and providing brief introductions.   I was responsible for the entire process of acquiring grants including prospect research of potential donors, writing and editing proposals, and submitting final drafts with necessary documentation. I even further developed my writing ability by writing articles and op-eds for the local newspaper in addition to the organization’s electronic newsletter.
