  I studied the thermodynamics of allosteric regulation in proteins. I made use of an in depth knowledge of protein purification to isolate various forms of an enzyme from bacterial extract. Characterization of the thermodynamics was carried out using steady-state kinetics. I also collaborated and trained graduate students in the use of the lab ITC.
