Used Data from in-situ reef enclosures to understand community level coral reef response to ocean acidification in Florida, Hawaii &Puerto Rico. Conducted research and wrote an open-file report for the USGS detailing Gulf of Mexico benthic habitats from information extracted from ROV video footage, including habitat mosaic maps generated using ArcGIS. Additionally, designed a final DVD product of video footage and archived material for the FDEP.
