      At 360 cricket, we have a team of outstanding coaches; with a range of cricketing experience either as a player or a coach. All our coaches are ECB qualified and DBS checked. Our team of coaches pride themselves on professionalism, player safety and ensuring that all players meet their full potential. The role of 360 Cricket varies from planning and leading sessions to implementing year-round programs. 360 cricket currently undertake all areas of cricket development for a number of clubs that include taking bookings for courses and camps, booking facilities to run pre and post Christmas training, staffing all winter and summer sessions, planning and running year-round camps, providing specialist equipment and creating programs that are in tune with the modern cricketer. Our focus is on delivering cricket coaching that players respond to all with safety, variation and quality in mind. We use our Culture Pyramid with all our groups to help guide the behaviours of all our players and coaches, creating a positive environment for all to enjoy their cricket. We use state of the art equipment such as the Merlin bowling machine and are continually developing techniques for the modern game.
