In my role at SAQ, I drive our startup's success through three key avenues: Avenue #1: Employee Engagement I take the lead in elevating employee engagement by planning and executing virtual and in-person internal events. My achievements include organizing company-wide offsites and smaller team collaboration events, ranging from 30 to 200 attendees. Notably, I orchestrated a 150-person company offsite in Lisbon, Portugal, this past April. Currently, I'm dedicated to developing a virtual event series for remote team engagement. I also collaborate with our Marketing Events team for external events. Avenue #2: IT/Security Coordination I'm responsible for equipment coordination and inventory management, ensuring all employees have the necessary corporate devices and tools. Managing vendor relationships and corporate device accounts is a key aspect of my role. I closely collaborate with the IT/Security team to establish company-wide corporate device security best practices and processes. Avenue #3: Physical Workspace I oversee all office and lab spaces in multiple global cities, including Arlington, Palo Alto, Paris, London, and New York. My role involves workspace management, vendor relations, and policy formulation. I excel in creative problem-solving to address workplace challenges promptly. I organize and lead monthly Town Hall meetings with teams in our physical spaces to maintain transparent communication. Additionally, I handle all contract and lease negotiations and renewals for our company workspace. Additional Contributions: In the fast-paced startup environment, adaptability is paramount. I eagerly embrace all-hands-on-deck scenarios and frequently engage in last-minute projects to ensure our collective success.
