  As the Principle Advisor Systems Assurance my role covers varies roles within the Risk and Assurance department. I lead and manage all aspects of the companies Flight Data Analysis Program (FDAP) from analysing flight data to system upgrades on the aircraft and FDAP software programs. As the companies lead auditor, I conduct audits on all internal Part 145, Part 42, Flight Operations of the company, as well as external supplier audits for quality and compliance. The Principle Advisor Systems Assurance is also the lead investigator for all reported engineering and airworthiness related safety occurrences. Other duties include providing aircraft technical input for aircraft upgrades and modification programs. Key achievements: • Leading the program to upgrade aircraft acquisition units that will improve Flight Data Recorder data collection to aid aircraft reliability program. • Leading process changes to reduce aircraft maintenance requirements by utilizing the FDAP system.

  As the Technical Services Manager, I managed a multitude of disciplines within the Airworthiness department of the company. I review and assess all incoming correspondence from regulatory bodies (EASA, FAA and CASA), Part 21.M Organisations and third-party suppliers for fleet effectivity and compliance. Manage fleet maintenance schedules for a fleet of 17 aircraft across multiple maintenance facilities. The Technical Services Manager also investigates all maintenance defects that can’t be resolved as part normal maintenance practices to determine the root cause, and instruct the engineering department on rectification methods. I manage all aircraft upgrade programs from inception, design, implementation to completion. Corresponding directly with all suppliers and 21.M organisations on aspects of design, system integration and compliance for FAA STC approvals and engineering orders. Key achievements: • Key customer stakeholder for the Pratt & Whitney Canada FAST Project for the King Air. • Gained approval for numerous medical devices for aeromedical use.

As the Configuration Manger my duty is to manage the modification plan and configuration status and process of the Waratah Train fleet and training simulators for compliance and configuration in a postproduction environment.As the primary point of contact with the customer and contactors, I have the ability to communicate with higher levels of management. When required I will negotiate successful contractual outcomes for both the client and customer.Managing the FC program involved using my project management and auditing skills to ensure that the project deliverables and targets are maintained and achieved.Key achievements:• Meeting company financial targets • Meeting all quality gate criteria’s to achieve Final Completion• Successfully delivered 72 state of the art Waratah Train 8 car sets to Sydney Trains within 2 years generating $144 million in revenue.

  LAX ‘A’ Check Maintenance ProgramTeam Member involved in the project to set up Split ‘A’ Check Maintenance on QANTAS aircraft that have extended ground time at LAX airport. Project involved setting up a maintenance hangar to Lean Sigma principles. Creating and implementing Local Area Procedures that complied with all Australian and American OH&S regulations. Auditing the logistics and tooling store ensuring correct logistics, consumables and tooling are compliant with all CASA, FAA and QANTAS Quality and Risk Regulations.
