I began working with Robb back in September when I joined the team at Illinois Media School as the Director of Career Services. Robb has been an amazing resource since day 1! The assistance and guidance he has given me has been amazing but what is even more amazing is the guidance he gives in the classroom. Robb teaches with such passion. He goes above and beyond to make sure every student knows what to expect once they get out into the "real world". He is constantly sharing ideas with the IMS and keeping us up to speed on changes within the industry. Robb is the true definition of an educator and a leader. I am very fortunate to be able to work with him and at the same time learn from him.

Robb and I worked together at Country Legends 106.9 in Topeka, KS. I was just starting out and Robb not only stepped in to help me get my feet wet with skills I might not have otherwise gained, but took the initiative to hand me the ropes and teach me important industry skills and guide me along my path, going so far as to help me gain connections in the industry in LA once both of us had moved on from Topeka. It isn't every day you find someone in the workplace who isn't just willing to lead but to mentor you as well.
