I worked with Robb for just shy of a year. During this time, I reported directly to him. In my opinion, Robb is the kind of guy that would be valuable to any organizations sales team. His experience speaks for itself. Some of the things I appreciated about him the most are that he was approachable, reliable, relatable, open-minded, timely, available and he allowed me to be myself. Generally, we did see eye to eye, but he was not afraid to share his thoughts, feelings and expectations as well as challenge me when necessary. I never doubted that Robb had my best interests at heart or that he would go to bat for anyone on our team. He displayed the qualities of a great manager and a great leader on a daily basis.
