      This consultancy opportunity for conducting the Tracer Study on the socio-economic and psycho-social changes of illegal migrants (named ASHSHASH) endowed me with a lot of technical capacity to conduct the whole study (from the project administration, project management, research report writings and communication with the donor agency). The IOM took back home after the illegal migration and facing unprecedented torcher from the other end. With the support of SDC, the IOM started to work with few of them to restore their psychological state to come back at work. After receiving counseling and short-trade course training from IOM partners, they started their new business with the support of SDC. As a consultant, I personally build a team to conduct the tracer study within a limited time. I hire a co-researcher and a field coordinator for performing the study taking into my shoulder.
