Acquired a stake in the business.Refocused the business and disposed of the retail chain to apply all resources on growing a position in ticket retail.Led the development of the retail and e-commerce environments and developed a client base across the Live Entertainment industry.In 1999 I sought and led the business towards it's acquisition by Flextech TV (now part of Virgin Media) for an all cash consideration of £10mil.
