I've had the pleasure of working with Rob Williams for over ten years. With our primary offices on either side of the pond, we've established an excellent working relationship over the years which has proved very productive [for IMERYS]. Rob has a key eye for detail in working with our business users, and can ask all the right questions before engaging the other IT members to deliver a solution. This makes the ultimate delivery a success for the consumer, and a simplier implementation for the IT team. Rob also demonstrates superior project management skills in the execution of his projects which has lead to his assumption of more responsibilities and rise through the IT ranks.
