  As the Director of Facilities I am responsibilities for all University Facilities, including operations, maintenance, grounds keeping, facilities capital projects. The Director of Facilities is also responsible for the environmental health and safety, sustainability and energy management of the facilities. I also oversee safety, security and building custodial services. Develop long and short term operating and capital budgets.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES;Manages operations and maintenance Dept, Housekeeping, as well as supervises the Facilities Coordinator and Custodial Services. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these functions. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with University’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
