Having worked with Ex-Olympic Athlete Prince Duwai, I was able to acquire a great deal of fundamentals in terms of running mechanics. The application of force and isolating core muscle groups, provided me with a great insight into how I can advise my athletes' on the importance of running patterns and maintaining "good form" to prevent ongoing injury concerns.
