Rob and I have worked together for the past eight years in a variety of different roles in the Colorado Army National Guard. During that period Rob has continually proven to be a driven leader, a person who cares not only about the mission but also his people. He can be trusted to get the job done no matter the challenges. Rob is also a dedicated family man who cares deeply for his family and friends. Rob and I have had the opportunity to work together on several operations and simply put this is the kind of person you want on your team. I was always impressed with his public speaking abilities and ability to drill down to the root cause of any challenge. I heartily recommend Rob for any position that he chooses to apply for and would be happy to work with him again.
