• Manage backup environment with Windows, RHEL, NDMP, and SUN servers using Symantec NetBackup 6.x and 7.x on Windows 2003, 2008R2 Server(s). This includes the creation and modification of backup policies as well as management of associated Scalar i500 tape libraries and media control servers. • Respond to and manage requests from user and other system administrators regarding storage volume management, boot-from-SAN systems as well as file/folder backup and restore requests. • Responsible for the day-to-day management of NetApp FAS3070, FAS3020, and FAS2020 systems, a Compellent tiered storage SAN, and a six-node X200 Isilon storage appliance.

Supporting Windows XP Compaq/IBM desktops and IBM ThinkPad’s using NetSupport remote control software. • Solely completed several sites moves including installation/de-installation of networking equipment (Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Lantronix, Cisco Access points), phone & cabling • IT Project Lead for HHT/FHH consolidation project. Involved in several other divisional office moves. • Creating/modifying and maintaining Active Directory user and computer accounts. • Supporting & rebuilding IBM x3650 & HP Netserver LP 2000 file & print servers & Dell PowerEdge 2450 Domain controller, Avaya IP Office, PBX system (Nortel Norstar Applications module and Call Pilot) and Cisco switches and routers. • Maintaining Tape Back operation using VERITAS NetBackup software.
