Rob is a rare breed with deep technical talent, the ability to think out of the box, a knack for effectively communicating with even layman on our team, and an unwavering customer focus. We often pushed the envelope with customization and integration requests for our Website (e.g. Sharepoint, Salesforce, Facebook, Wordpress, health library, class registration site, etc.) Of course, as a non-profit, budget often dampered our aspirations. Rob embraced our challenges and guided us through options to find cost-effective solutions that met our needs. He is deeply resourceful, creative, and responsive. While not his job, he often filled the gap for account management when there was a void. He's personable, perpetually upbeat and a joy to work with.
