Key Achievements: o Successfully trained and assessed several incoming Estate Managers in Peverel Policies and Procedures o Developed new working practices to improve the services provided to residents, such as improved ordering systems for catering. o Monitoring costs across the developments and taking appropriate action with Estate Managers and Chefs as necessary. o Working closely with accounts team to produce accurate financial records for Operations Director. o Managed internal and external redecoration programs and major works projects on developments.
