I worked with Rob over 2 days where his advice and support was invaluable to me as a new manager in an FE College. I had understanding but no experience of an Ofsted Inspection under the EIF. Rob provided me with a lot guidance which I was very grateful for. He was highly professional, extremely knowledge and very approachable. By the end of my time working with Rob I felt prepared for inspection and knew what to expect. Our College recently went through an Ofsted inspection we were graded as Outstanding!

I worked alongside Rob during my time in an Interim Head of Quality and Curriculum role. Rob was extremly appraochable, knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Rob has a passion for enuring learners receive a high quality of learning and adopts great coaching strategies in order to support tutors and all learner facing staff to understand what is required to meet expected standards. Rob is extremly adaptable and is able to work well at all levels within a business by ensuring that key messages, and at times difficult messages are communicated in the most effective way to ensure these are taken on board and addressed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Rob, his warm and down to earth nature made the projects we we worked on a real pleasure. I would highly recommed Rob for any future roles either in a permanent or consultative capacity and hope that I have the opportunity to work with Rob again in thr future.
