  Led a multidisciplinary team of ten staff in engaging Victorian schools, providing training to staff and leadership, and supporting schools in implementing whole school mental health and wellbeing frameworks. Drew together key experts from education sectors, health,academia and allied community agencies to guide and support our work through a state reference group. Worked within a national management structure to ensure alignment of state plans with national strategic plans and to contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and continued development of the initiatives.

Undertook community development initiatives including needs analysis, planning, funding applications and delivery of initiatives.
