  I currently manage the export sales of Huon Aquaculture, who produce some of the highest quality atlantic salmon in the world. Huon salmon is highly sought after right across the globe. We export predominantly into the Asia pacific region, with particularly close ties to our Japan - the sharpest connoisseurs of premium, sashimi grade fish in the world. We also enjoy close relationships with other key figures in many markets who regard Huon salmon as the finest in the world. I have a strong passion for pushing Tasmanian products on the world stage and letting others appreciate how special our brand is.
