Deboshree (Deb) Roy Chowdhury, CPHR
I have known Rob for around 4 years, initially he was the Director of the Division I was in whilst employed with the AHO, Rob created a high performance culture within the division, encouraged strategic thinking, innovation, personal & professional development that really helped me in my own professional development. More recently, after Rob established his own Executive Coaching Consultancy, I asked him to assist me with leadership coaching. Rob has provided such welcome advice and guidance. Having such extensive experience in both the private and public sectors Rob is able to draw on this to assist me in addressing challenges and opportunities.
