I worked with Rob for 15-years while at American Hotel. I watched Rob take on progressively responsible roles and grow and develop talent along the way. He is a collaborative, results-oriented leader that solves problems, eliminates customer pain points and generates on-goal results. Rob is a hands-on, approachable leader that consistently focuses on his customer, his company and his team members. He is an authentic leader that inspires confidence and motivates the team to win. Rob will immediately contribute upon joining a new organization.

I have never met an individual so extremely knowledgeable in my life. As a Territory Manager, I worked under Rob's strong leadership when he was Sr. Director of Sales at American Hotel Register Company. Rob is also one of the most passionate employees I've ever worked with. He completely transformed the company and made everybody around him better with all of his hard work. Everybody at American Hotel would lean on Rob as a tremendous resource. I've always looked up to Rob and know he will be one of the most important assets at his next company.
