First of all Rob is good at listening to his personnel. He's helpful and resourceful when called upon. Secondly he’s a great team builder, he values every team member and their input to the team. During the relocation of our production facility from The Hague to Huizen (~100km) he managed to keep the team together and respectfully handled all the personnel issues associated with this move. Rob is someone who thinks with you while you take care of your own business. It was a pleasure to work with him both as a program director and as an operations manager. I appreciate his honesty and fairness in every situation we've encountered and I’ll be happy to work for him again in the future.
