During the relocation of our production facility from The Hague to Huizen (~100km) he managed to keep the team together and respectfully handled all the personnel issues associated with this move. Rob is someone who thinks with you while you take care of your own business. It was a pleasure to work with him both as a program director and as an operations manager.
