Rob is, by a long shot, one of the best people I've ever had the privilege to work with. Six years ago he and I managed two groups that worked very closely together, and so we had many opportunities to synchronize our people and processes for maximum effect. Rob is one of the most unselfish people I've ever known, professionally and personally. He cares nothing for showmanship, instead he focuses on getting the job done and helping others do the same. I have rarely laughed as much, and rarely felt like I had a more motivated and helpful partner as I did with Rob. Over the years he has managed the construction of thousand of homes, each having many thousands of parts. The task is mind boggling, and Rob does it with a smile and lifts other's spirits on the way.
