  SBA Underwriter for Yadkin Bank's Government Guaranteed Lending Division. As an Underwriter I am responsible for analyzing financial data for companies looking to secure financing from $500,000 to over $10,000,000 under the SBA 7a and 504 products. As an underwriter I continually apply my knowledge and expertise of the SBA SOP and Bank Credit policy to deliver the client a loan approval that will fit the needs of their business. As an Underwriter, I have direct communication with my sales staff and customers to ensure information is relayed and received properly. My goal is to approve all loans presented; however, not all loans can be approved. I use my credit skills, and sales skills as a former business development officer, to offer the customer remedies to their credit risks. If these remedies are met, then resubmission to credit is always encouraged. If I can't approve a loan, I will always give the customer a way to get it approved! Show less
