Rob was an amazing manager. His dedication to fostering a happy, thriving team is second to none. He is inclusive, supportive and understanding. Rob ensured we had enough time to improve as designers and tailored monthly team workshops to boost that effort. His attitude remained calm and positive whilst he juggled numerous responsibilities. If we had a problem he would make time for us, really listen and offer solutions. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a role to join his team.

Over the course of 3 years I worked myself up to the position of Senior Designer, where I predominately serviced the agencies flagship accounts: Lexus Europe and Lexus UK.Working as part of a multi-disciplinary creative team of 30, I created digital design solutions that harness the relationship between human behaviour and technology. During my time at Amaze, I enjoyed working on multi-national projects that were strategically led, with a strong emphasis on user experience. In addition to my day-to-day role, I enjoyed guest lecturing at Manchester College. This led me to mentoring several students and supervising them during work placements at the agency. Helping to nurture the next generation of creatives is what led me to become Lead Designer at my next agency. Show less

I took lead on branding and visual communications for an international market, which often meant producing materials in a range of languages. Working with print, digital and social media, I was tasked with building brand visibility and engagement chiefly within the UK and China. Additionally, I offered consultancy to NCUKs wide range of University and international education partners, regarding brand and brand communications. I graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with a degree in Graphic Communication & Design, having taken a year in industry. This provided me an excellent platform to begin my career, and has been really beneficial both personally and professionally. In my role as creative intern I became involved with all aspects of studio life. In addition to traditional design work, this included greeting clients, contributing to meetings, working on pitch documents, researching for projects, assisting with photo shoots, answering the phone and door, and much more. It was a hugely rewarding and enjoyable experience. In my role as creative intern I became involved with all aspects of studio life. I enjoyed a 3 month internship with Logistik (now Vista); a Leeds based communications agency. My duties were varied and challenging, and I learned a great deal about the job and myself during my time there. By the end of my stay I had a diverse range of work to show, including a 100 page hard back 'Logbook', a project which I played a large role in.
