  Community Services for Consolidated is an ever changing adventure. My duties fluctuate with the needs of the company. The main duties include going out to our customers and clients to make sure that their tow needs are being met as well as assisting them with any questions or concerns that they may have. I have also been able to go to Bend Chamber events such as Ribbon Cuttings (Open House) to show support for local business owners. I also work in the office as a dispatcher. We dispatch tow trucks for several major motor clubs and insurance companies as well as city, county and state law enforcement agencies.   At HD Supply, I worked in the yard to fill orders, load/unload trucks and check in inventory as it came into the yard. I also worked at the Will Call counter when contractors would come in and place orders for underground water utilities. I would also make sure that they were getting the correct parts that were needed for the current water district or municipality they were working in.   At Vets for Less, I would check in clients when they brought in animals to see the vet, be it for a routine checkup or for a procedure. When not checking in clients, I would assist with the daily routines of ordering supplies, checking paperwork for accuracy and completeness. I would handle client complaints and take them to the upper management and doctors. I would implement new time saving ideas as well as other office procedures that were needed.
