Rob Dieckert has been a model leader for me and countless other directors at ESF over the last several years. His foresight in planning and willingness to grow leaders within the organization is second to none. Rob is always energetic and is a consistent motivator for his staff. When times are challenging, he collaborates with his staff to uncover the best solution for all parties involved. Rob utilizes debriefings and daily meetings to communicate upcoming events and most importantly to celebrate staff accomplishments. As an experienced leader, he recognized that a well-motivated staff is a productive one and during the camp day, the parents and children witness this first hand. Whether it means acknowledging the teachers on great lessons, the directors on well planned parent events such as the Day Camp Show, or the production assistants for keeping the camp facilities clean, he is always willing to share his thoughts and appreciation for everyone's efforts. Last, but not least, Rob, without a doubt, is an adaptive, detail-oriented leader and would definitely be an asset to any organization.

November 25, 2017 To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to write a recommendation for Rob Dieckert. I worked with Rob at ESF Camps and Experiences at the Moorestown Friends location. He interviewed and hired me when I was a freshman in college. He was my site director for four years. His leadership style empowered me to be the best that I could be in my positions and allowed me to have a memorable work experience. During my time at ESF, I observed in Rob many qualities that are essential to an effective leader. Rob was never a boss who talked at his employees and dictated orders. Instead, Rob spoke to his employees in a respectful way, made expectations clear, and encouraged teamwork. He made the effort to get to know the names of his employees and to establish a positive rapport with them, something that can be challenging at a site where there are four camps. Rob’s enthusiasm and positivity were contagious and helped to motivate team members, even on the hottest of summer days. Rob is diligent, responsible, innovative, and effective at managing a business. When ESF opened a new location in Tinton Falls, NJ, he was chosen to help lead a brand-new staff to success. While we did miss him at our location, we knew that his strong leadership qualities were needed elsewhere. It takes courage, commitment, and strong leadership skills to guide a new project to success. I highly recommend Rob Dieckert for a position in your company. He is a reliable, dedicated, charismatic, and effective leader. In my opinion, Rob would be an asset to any business.
