Rob is an exceptional leader. He is the type of person that, when you look back, you realize it was really great to work for him. His leadership and guidance enabled me to learn a great deal, as well as gain the experience necessary to improve my skills as a programmer and installer. Always great at motivating the people that work for him, which instills a sense of loyalty from all the work with him. I admired the level of integrity and honesty with which he dealt with the customers. I have fond memories of working with Rob and Insight, and would highly recommend them to anyone, either as a customer or an employee.
